This is a neat grab. I’m randomly spinning through my FLdigi presets which include all the HF FAX frequencies (i think the weather maps are neat) and hear voice! Turns out they transmit voice weather bulletins on here with a robotalker. I’ve never caught one of these particular broadcasts.
